Balcony regrout and retile
Bottom line: We regrout or retile balconies in the Eastern Suburbs. Failed joints and poor falls let water sit and track inside. The repair is either an epoxy regrout of sound tiles, or a retile where the surface has to be rebuilt.

Regrout or retile?
If the tiles are bonded and the leak is through the joints, regrouting with epoxy is the smaller job. If tiles are loose, the fall holds water, or the membrane under the tiles has failed, the balcony is retiled.
