Questions people ask before they book
Can you fix a leaking shower without removing tiles?
Yes, if the water is coming through the grout and silicone and the floor is still sound. That job is an epoxy regrout. If the membrane has failed, the floor comes up. See shower floor retile.
Will this work in an apartment?

How long will the bathroom be out of use?
A regrout is shorter than a floor rebuild. One published floor-replacement comment said four days start to finish. You will be told when the shower can be used before work starts.
Is this the right time?
If there is a stain on the ceiling, waiting usually adds plaster and paint. If you are about to renovate the whole room anyway, say so and the repair can be scoped as part of that.
Do you only do showers?
No. Balconies, living room and entry tiling, and full bathroom renovations are available. Showers are the urgent work.
